- Facilitating the development of a program of professional development and consultation to support your school/district in its 21st Century Strategy.
- Working with the 21st Century Schools team, the Fielding Nair team and your school/district to develop a high quality, clear and concise plan to support your Strategic Goals - To further enhance and develop facilities. (See Learning Environment herein.)
- Advisement to support policies and practices aligned to the Vision and Mission statement - in a meaningful way.
- Using, and teaching the teachers and student to use, our three compass roses: Critical Attributes of 21st Century Education, Multiple Literacies for the 21st Century, and the 7 Survival Skills of the 21st Century.
- Continually seeking to integrate the programs for your students with the local community as well as the global community.
- Function as a leader, a teacher, a facilitator, designer and a lifelong learner.
- Demonstrating appreciation of and respect for different cultures.
- Planning a comprehensive and quality educational program to take the schools into the 21st century model of education.
- Overseeing and supporting all consultants I have brought into this project.

- Working with the IT team at your schools to develop a state-of-the-art online portal (in the cloud). This portal will be used to upload documentation of student and teacher growth, as a place where teachers can collaborate, plan, design and conduct research.
- Working with your IT experts to ensure the acquisition of the best technologies to be used by the students, teachers, etc.
- Developing online resources for the educators of your schools, from literature data banks to curriculum resource banks, curriculum units and more.
- Documentation and evaluation of this project.
- Contributing to public relations and marketing
- Facilitating a wide variety of flexible and personalized professional development experiences for your educators.
- Creating professional development videos to archive in the online portal for use by the educators at your schools/district.
- Develop an excellent, 21st century, comprehensive, holistic program of teacher education and implement it.
- Ensuring that the professional development needs of every teacher, administrator or other employee working with or around your students is met. The professional development will be flexible and personalized.
- Ensuring that the curriculum is of the highest quality.
- Providing intense, and in-depth support for the teachers as they design their 21st century curriculum units. These will then go into the database in the cloud, and can be accessed by all teachers.
- Ensuring that teachers understand how to integrate technology into the curriculum in a way that is meaningful.
- Ensuring that students have achieved learning of the content standards for their grade levels and courses.
- Creating Expert Teams so that you will have a highly qualified in-house team of experts who can then provide professional development to their peers.
